Getting to Know Dr. Cyril Tahtadjian

Dr. Cyril Tahtadjian is an accomplished dentist and the owner of Mississauga’s Dentistry in Streetsville. Dr. Tahtadjian has maintained general family and cosmetic clinics since the mid-90s, and is currently working towards a fellowship in Implant Surgery and Prosthetics.

Dr. Tahtadjian began his dental journey when he graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1993 with Honours, and has since served over 25,000 patients in and around the GTA. A proud member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Dr. Tahtadjian honed his skills in the early part of his career while working in the Sioux Lookout Zone Hospital as the Staff Dental Surgeon. He was invited back by the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry to teach the senior students in the Department of Prosthodontics.

In 1997, Dr. Tahtadjian introduced Streetville Dentistry Asleep, followed by Full Implant Care in 2001 and then Invisalign Orthodontics in 2008. The success of these three endeavours brought him to be recognized in Streetsville, where Dentistry in Streetsville now offers a variety of dental services, including digital radiography and imaging, in a state-of-the-art 4,000 square foot facility. The successful practice has since been the recipient of eight consecutive Mississauga News Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Dental Office. For over 25 years, Dr. Tahtadjian has provided Humanitarian Dental Care internationally.
